Tasmania Wins Claremont Shield

Tasmania Golf Club has won the Claremont Shield by fifteen strokes from Launceston.  The Southern Metropolitan Golf Association placed third a further four strokes adrift.

Tasmania Golf Club’s Paul Read has won the individual section of the championship.  Read carded 67 and 66 for a seven-under-par total of 133.  Launceston’s Mitch Van Noord was runner-up and the Southern Metropolitan Golf Association’s Josh Spaulding placed third.
