Team China on top in Shenzhen

Team China claimed a 7-5 lead at the Dongfeng Nissan Cup in Shenzhen after the honours were shared on Saturday. China held a 4-2 overnight advantage over the Asia-Pacific team but failed to increase the margin on a closely fought day of foursomes matches the CTS Tycoon Club. Asia-Pacific&aposs Wisut Artjanawat and Nicholas Fung combined for a 5&3 win over Jin Daxing and Ouyang Zheng. Jason Kang and Choi Jin-ho also proved valuable for Asia-Pacific with a one-up victory over Yuan Tian and Han Ren, while Scott Laycock and Mark Brown accounted for China&aposs Wu Weihuang and Zhou Guowu 3&2. Zhang Lianwei and Yuan Hao secured a one-up win for China against Rory Hie and Choo Tze Huang, Liang Wenchong and Guan Tianlang overcame Asia-Pacific&aposs Yosuke Tsukada and Soshi Tajima 4&2 and China&aposs Zhang Xinjun and Wu Kangchun defeated Andre Stolz and Michael Long 5&3. The OneAsia team tournament concludes with 12 singles matches on Sunday.
