The door to glory is about to Open.
The Australian Junior Championships and Junior Interstate Series are soon to be contested in New South Wales.
And as the primary under-age pathway, the nation’s hottest talent will be on show chasing their dream to play against the world’s best.
The winner of the Australian Boys’ Amateur, held at Wollongong Golf Club from April 5-7 will not only join an illustrious list of past winners, but also earn a berth in the Emirates Australian Open at The Australian in November.
Likewise, the Australian Girls’ Amateur champ will leave the Port Kembla Golf Club among an elite band of past winners, but also have one eye on Kooyonga for the 2018 Women’s Australian Open.
State pride goes on the line the following week at Riverside Oaks in Sydney’s outer north-west for the boys’ Interstate, while the girls’ Interstate will again be fought out at Port Kembla.
One look at the honour rolls will tell you, it’s where tomorrow’s champions come out to play.
