Three aces, same hole, same day!

What an amazing start to the 2017 golf season.

Holes-in-one are rare enough. In fact, at Rosebud Country Club we may see maybe a handful each year.

The probability of making a hole-in-one for an average player is roughly 12,500-1. The chances of two people acing the same hole on the same day are in the 17 million-1 range. Add in a third person, hitting from the same tees and the statistics are beyond belief!

However on Tuesday 10 January at Rosebud Country Club three hole-in-ones were recorded on the same hole in the ladies' competition.  Members, Jan Brown, Narelle Colahan and guest Suzanne Lynch all aced the 14th hole on the South Course.

Congratulations ladies. Well done!
