Following the second round, France s Teremoana Beaucousin and Western Australia s Daniel Hoeve lead the Country Club Tasmania Open Golf Championship. The pair are tied on seven-under-par after Beaucousin returned 68 and Hoeve, an amazing 65. Queensland s Kade McBride sits in third place on five-under-par. Kingston Beach s Nathan Gatehouse is the leading Tasmanian in the field. Gatehouse is tied with New South Wales Jordan Zunic at three-under-par. Queensland s Ellen Davies-Graham continues to lead the 2013 Elvie Whitesides 72-Hole Stroke Play Championship. The 21-year-old carded a six-over-par second round of 77 to lead the field by one stroke on eight-over-par. In second place is fellow Queenslander Ali Orchard on nine-over-par. Orchard fired a four-over-par round of 75 this morning to jump into second place. Launceston s Tammy Hall remains the leading Tasmanian at nineteen-over-par.
