In 2012, Trentham Golf Club finished a course redevelopment program that took sixteen years to complete. Every green on the course was rebuilt, along with several new holes and other improvements. The aim was to greatly improve course conditions, to make the course more challenging, and to ensure the club’s future as an attractive and enjoyable place for golf.
The first year where players could play tournament golf on Trentham’s completed course was 2012. In 2014 the course has now matured, and golfers can experience the exciting future that Trentham offers. In all over $500,000 has been spent on course improvements since the program commenced.
The club believes players visiting the course for the Annual Tournament will be impressed with the challenges and fine conditions the course now presents, and the consolidation of Trentham’s position as one of Victoria’s most beautiful and enjoyable country courses.
