Every Monday, the Primary School at St Augustine's College has a school assembly. The boys are informed about what’s happening that week and important news is disseminated. It is also an opportunity to acknowledge significant achievements attained by the school, academically and in the sporting arena.
It was a privilege to be invited to attend their assembly on 27th May, and present the Cromer Golf Club Gala Day trophy to their winning golf team. About 80 boys, all dressed in their grey school uniform suits and ties, were polite and attentive as the Dean of Primary School, Mr Terry Walsh, addressed them about this week’s activities, and then asked the six team members to come to the front for the presentation. The team Captain, Nicholas Sidery responded on behalf of the team and the photos were taken. Congratulations to St Augustine's on another winning performance.
