The shot of the day belonged to Joyce Craig from Barham GC, who had a hole-in-one on the 138 meter par-3 10th hole at Neangar Park Golf Club. Using a 7 wood, Craig struck the perfect shot towards the pin but was unable to see it go in. Luckily a spotter was present to witness Craig’s first ever hole-in-one.
Special thanks to Belvoir Park Golf Club and Neangar Park Golf Club for their generous support and hospitality for the last few days. The tremendous effort from the members, staff, and volunteers from both clubs, and GV board members Sue Rea and Gale Orford is to be commended.
