Victorias disadvantaged kids win for a change

Huntingdale Golf Club was the host venue for the second Geoff Ogilvy Golf Challenge. Once again, Victorian golfers dug deep to support the Tee Up for Kids Foundation (TUFKF) Charity by attending the event. The Charity’s main aim is to raise funds to help Victorian kids who live in out-of-home care.

However, this golf day is just one of the TUFKF’s many initiatives. Another upcoming event is Corporate Caddies – that launch will take place on Wednesday 19 November. This initiative is supported by well-known caddy Steve Williams who will be attending the event. Please click on the link above to read more.

Today’s overall winners were   Tony Moran (Waverley)  & Paul Chopping (RACV – Cape Schanck) with an excellent score of 43 points – remarkable considering the very windy conditions that prevailed during the afternoon. Also, noticeable were the Hidden Valley mixed pair of Vicki Allen & Mick Serovic with a score of 41 points.

Thank you to Huntingdale for hosting the event and to all the golfers – through your generosity you have contributed to this worthy cause.
