Victorian Gordon Claney selected to represent Australia

 Kingston Heath member Gordon Claney will be part of the Australian Senior Team competing in the 2014 Asian Pacific Senior Amateur Golf Championship. This is the most significant senior men’s national team a player can be selected in and is a great honour for the Victorian who currently leads the prestigious Doug Bachli Order of Merit. Gordon has been playing exceptional golf and is currently ranked as the 6th best senior player in the country. To see current GA rankings please click here.

The other 5 team members are: Stefan Albinski, Paul Maslen, Denis Dale, Roy Vandersluis and Vince Clark all from New South Wales and regular supporters of the Victorian events.

The Asian Pacific Senior Amateur Golf Championship will take place at Discovery Bay Golf Club in Hong Kong from Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 November and it is open to players over 55 years old.
