Golf NSW recognises that many clubs have suffered considerable damage as a result of the torrential rain and subsequent inundation that has occured over the last week.
While clubs may have some type of insurance or could possibly qualify for State grants to assist with rectification of damage, I wish to remind clubs that the NSW Golf Foundation may also be able to assist.
The charter of the NSW Golf Foundation provides for such situations and while the resources of the Foundation are limited, any club that feels that they may qualify for Foundation assistance can contact Golf NSW to discuss the matter or go to the Golf NSW website for further information.
