Webb continues her run

Karrie Webb has maintained a share of the lead at the halfway mark of the Ginn Tribute hosted by Annika. The Queenslander posted rounds of 65 and 66 to sit at the head of the field alongside fellow Women&aposs Australian Open champion Sophie Gustafson. The pair are at 13-under for the tournament, creating a four stroke buffer from Theresa Lu and Inbee Park at nine-under. World number three Suzann Pettersen of Norway is among a group of three players at eight-under. Like it did yesterday, Webb&aposs round shifted up a gear at the turn. She birdied three consecutive holes, eagled and par-five third hole once again before back-to-back birdies on five and six left the champ in a dominant position. Rachel Hetherington and Lindsey Wright were the only other Aussies to make the cut as they sit at three-under for the tournament. Golf Australia National Squad member Alison Whitaker&aposs LPGA Tour debut was promising, the 22-year old shooting rounds of 73 and 75 to miss the cut by only four strokes.
