Alison Whitaker, 23, won the final of the Victorian Amateur, defeating Tilly Poulsen 1up in the 36 Hole Final. Whitaker staged a thrilling comeback to take out her first Victorian Amateur Championship title at Moonah Links. In what can best be described as an incredible match littered with the highest quality golf, Alison fought back from 4 down after 28 holes against a tenacious Tilly Poulsen to win 1 up on the 36th hole of the day.
