Womens Golf Central North Coast launches new website

Women’s Golf Central North Coast (WGCNC) recently introduced a new website to propel its district forward. WGCNC President Jan Swift said, The WGCNC are very excited about how the new site has progressed and have advised all our Clubs that we are now online. Judi Dart has done a great job setting up www.womensgolfcnc.org.au. A brand new WGCNC Logo was also introduced. As the WGCNC s logo was out-dated, a modern yet appropriate new logo for the District was sought. The new logo reflects the vision which embodies WGCNC. The balls on the logo all lead to the centre and become unified, signifying that the District and Committee are there to support all their clubs from the different areas within their District. The Committee also wanted the new logo to reflect their origins. The colours are fresh and vibrant reflecting the mountains and the sea. Clubs come from different areas stretching from the coast to the hinterland surrounded by mountains. In recent years, new programmes have been introduced with a view to improve their systems and procedures to set up the District for its future. The Committee continually research different ways to improve and modernise, hence the move to have an online presence. Another new feature WGCNC recently introduced is the OneGolf Club Management System, which now enables them to run their tournaments independently of the host Club. They are looking forward to using the new system at their upcoming Annual Tournament at Taree commencing 6th August for their first live tournament. WGCNC are also continually improving their Junior programme and now run three Junior Camps each year. These camps are attended by girls ranging from the age of 8 to 18. The Committee Members are very proud of what they are achieving with the girls in their District. The new website will not only help all the ladies, but will also help their junior girls readily access information about events, news items, dates of tournaments/events, the photo gallery, etc. For more information visit www.womensgolfcnc.org.au.
