Zunic continues his fine play at St Andrews Links Trophy


Jordan Zunic (Bonnie Doon) has continued on from his fine play with another solid performance at the St Andrews LInks Trophy held at the home of golf from June 8-10. Zunic with rounds of 71, 68, 73, 69 280 (-6) finished in a tie for 6th. This is Zunic&aposs 2nd top 10 finish in as many starts. Matt Stieger (St Michaels) also continued his fine form and was the only other NSW player to make the 40 man cut after two rounds. Stieger had rounds of 71,73, 77,72 293(+6) to finish a tie for 35th. Dan Huizing (Netherlands) ranked 9th on the World Amateur Golf Rankings (http://www.randa.org/wagr.aspx) went one better than last years runner-up finish to Tom Lewis, by posting rounds of 65,64,68,67 264(-23) to win by an incredible 14 shots from Alan Dunbar.
