Portsea Golf Club on the Mornington Peninsula is looking to employ a ranger/course marshal in a casual position for the majority of Sundays from 8am- 2pm.
The duties of the ranger/course marshal will be to monitor and assist pace of play, course etiquette and potentially assist with rules where requested by players in a competition.
The club will also require a marshal every day from Boxing Day (December 26) until mid-January 2015. Therefore an additional ranger will be required for this period to share 3-4 shifts per week.
Club or State Level Rules Accreditation is not a requirement but an advantage for the position. Ideally the selected person will have an assertive but diplomatic approach.
