FINAL RESULTS Women’s NSW 72-hole Stroke Play Championship National Squad member Ashley Ona (Gailes) and Jessica Speechley (Lake Karrinyup) are the joint winners of the NSW Women’s 72-hole Stroke Play Championship held at The Lakes Golf Club. It proved to be an exciting finish in the leading group, with Speechley playing a fantastic round of 76, to catch Ona. Ona lead by four shots going into the final round, but shot 80 today, which saw her finish level with Speechley. The pair both finished on 302. Shelley Shin (Concord Golf Club) and The Lakes member Adriana Brent tied for third, both players finishing the 72-holes with 307. The top 16 players (of those who nominated that they wish to play) will now compete in the Match Play for the NSW Women’s Amateur Championship.
