Australian Steven Conran claimed a top-10 finish at the Japan Golf Tour Championship as Satoshi Kodaira clinched a one-shot win on Sunday. Conran never managed to get the strong round he needed to be right in contention at the Japan Golf Tour event. But his consistency earned him a tie for 10th at nine under after going under par in each of his rounds. Conran started with a two-under 70 and followed it up with rounds of 71, 68 and 70 at Shishido Hills. Kodaira&aposs key round came on Friday, when he carded an eight-under 64 which was crucial in the end. Brad Kennedy (eight under) was also solid and tied for 13th. SK Ho challenged Kodaira but fell a shot short, just like Kiradech Aphibarnrat, with both finishing with two-under 70s.
